Zeiss LSM800 Confocal Microscope with Airyscan

What is it?
The Zeiss LSM800 is an inverted laser-scanning microscope equipped with Airyscan, allowing for super-resolution imaging. The Experiment Designer feature allows for multidimensional acquisition of data with individual settings for each component of the experiment. The tiling and positioning feature can create a low magnification image preview for easier locating of samples at higher magnifications, as well as use reference points to retain focus on large tiles of uneven samples. Definite Focus is also present to prevent focus drift and keep samples in focus.

Quorum Wave FX SD confocal microscope

What is it?
The Quorum Wave FX SD confocal microscope is a laser-based system using spinning disk technology, which significantly reduces photobleaching and phototoxicity. This inverted microscope is ideal for studying live cell activity in a chamber or fixed samples with dim signals. Environmental control for live cell imaging via a stage-top incubator for temperature, CO2, and humidity control is present on this system.
